*Customer is required to do full backup of their data before send in. We are not responsible for any loss of data during the service period.
*Additional charges will be levied for request of data backup.
For collection of item when the service is done. customer is required to present the original copy of the CUSTOMER SERVICE REQUISITION FORM,which was given when the item was brought in for service.
*Items that have not claimed after 3 months from the date of notification will be disposed and we shall not be held responsibilty.
